Join us for morning prayer lead by Father Ed Hoffmann, at 8AM at the new pergola area behind the mausoleum and columbarium. Public benches are available, but feel free to bring lawn chairs. This will end in time for all participating to be at 8:30 Mass at St. Peter's, or the Memorial day parade downtown.
The Office of the Dead will be prayed for the souls of all who have died defending our country.
Lauds, or morning prayer, is one of the major hours of the Divine Office of the church, also known as Liturgy of the Hours. Divine Office is the prayer of the Church that makes the entire day liturgical, it is prayed by bishops, priests, religious, and laity throughout the church.
