About Father Butler Council

Overview

The Knights of Columbus is a international, Catholic, fraternal organization with over 19.2 Million members. Since its founding in 1882, the organization has focused on four values: Charity, Unity, Fraternity, and Patriotism.

Council History

The Father Butler council was formed on February 19, 1905 by a group of 73 dedicated, Catholic men of Hamilton, Ohio. 

The council currently serves the four parishes in Greater Hamilton: St. Julie Billiart, St. Peter in Chains, St. Joseph, and St. Ann's.
